The user is provided with the following help tools: Online Help FormClick on this link to bring up a fill-in form. Users are expected to fill in their help requests in this form. Clicking on submit automatically generates an e-mail which is forwarded to the help desk support team. This allows for continuity.)Interactive Online HelpThis is your launch-pad to HECI's support desk as an alternative to e-mail. HECI applies the state of art Tango Interactive to provide users a tool to engage in an interactive online help session with the support desk.The user is able to get help using Tango's Buena Vista multi-user video conferencing system. Buena Vista is H.323 compliant and it uses standard audio and video codes. Users are able to interact with the support desk in real time.

NOTE: If you do not have a video camera the support team member will be unable to see you. Having the Tango Plugin allows you to see the support team member. Voice interaction can however be carried on as long as your computer meets the other hardware requirements.
