Interactive Online Help

This is your launch-pad to HECI's support desk alternative to e-mail. HECI applies the state of art Tango Interactive to provide users a tool to engage in an interactive online help session with the support desk.

NOTE: If you do not have a video camera the support team member will be unable to see you. Having the Quicktime Plugin allows the you to see the support team member. Voice interactiion can however be carried on as long as your computer meets the other hardware requirements.
